The route is available for outdoor activities during both summer and winter. There are damp areas on the route; hikers should be equipped especially during the wet season. The route runs through varying landscapes, including commercial forests and small fields. Karvahuuli and Kalassoni lean-to shelters and information boards are on the route. A latrine can be found in Pappilankangas.
In the winter, a ski track is prepared on the route, so you can travel the route by skiing. The route is of an easy level of difficulty.
The route is a part of the Muinaisvuori trails that connect Teuva and Karijoki. From here, you can also continue to other hiking routes of the Muinaisvuori trails.
