Pitkämö beach in Kurikka is well equipped. There is a large dock, tidy locker rooms, a playground, and three beach volley courts on the beach. There is plenty of room to romp around on the long, sandy beach.
The water is more than two metres deep at the end of the dock, and those who like to swim deeper should take into account the flowing water of the reservoir.
