On the shore of Lake Niinistönjärvi, along the nature trail, there is also another rest area – the Timo lean-to shelter. There is a group of tables for eating lunch and a campfire place in front of the lean-to shelter. A well with a pump can be found on a small rocky place located in the direction of the lake from the lean-to shelter. As no water samples are taken from the location, it is recommended that you boil the water. Bring your own firewood!
There is a latrine near the lean-to shelter.
