A fine, new lean-to shelter is located on Karijoki beach at the edge of a spruce forest – the Tammi lean-to shelter. The lean-to shelter is equipped with a large tableware set, and in front of the lean-to shelter there is a campfire place and a bench. You can listen to the forest noises, birds singing and water babbling, while sitting at the lean-to shelter. A small dam makes the water babble, and you can follow the stream from the tubular arch bridge crossing the river. It is recommended that you bring your own firewood.
There is no latrine or wood storage in the area.
