In the immediate vicinity of the Susiluola car park, there is a big hut, where it is possible to make a campfire even during forest fire warnings, to grill sausages over fire or make delicious soot coffee, although hikers need to bring their own kettle, water, coffee, and firewood. In the vicinity of the hut there are two latrines, one of which is accessible. From the hut, there is a path to the Susiluola cave and the observation tower of Susivuori.
