The lean-to is located next to the lower car park of the Kiuaskallio ski slope. Inside the lean-to shelter, there is a campfire place with a hood, a table, and benches. No firewood is provided, so bring your own. Kiuaskallio is a sports centre located in the Jalasjärvi area in Kurikka. The sports centre has a sports field, a ski slope, and routes for skiing, orienteering, exercise, and cross-country running, as well as a sports hall, tennis courts, and a shooting range. There is an 18-hole disc golf course near the sports centre. Kiuaskallio is a versatile destination with a good setting for both summer and winter activities.
