The Samuli Paulaharju Trail is a 12 km long nature trail in Kampinkylä, Kurikka. The trail has two lean-to shelters, the Pikku Karhuvuori lean-to shelter and the Samuli lean-to shelter. You can also admire the rocky fields and especially the beautiful views from Iso Karhuvuori. The route is rocky in places and there are some climbs, which is why it is described as quite demanding.
Samuli Paulaharju (1875-1944) writer, who was born in Kurikka, after whom the trail is named. Samuli Paulaharju was from Kampinkylä and his memorial is located at Paulaharjuntie 589, Kurikka, where he was born.
